This CD set contains an almost complete soundboard recording of the Dylan
performances of the Rolling Thunder Revue evening concert of 21 November
1975. If "I Shall Be Released", played between "Dark As A Dungeon" and
"I Don't Believe You", had been included and "Hurricane" would have been
complete, then it would have been a complete concert recording.

Regarding the incompleteness of "Hurricane": Dylan says, "Oh, here's a
song now" and then the recording skips to the verse "And Miss Patty
Valentine just nodded her head".

This concert has been earlier released on the CD "Get Ready! Tonight Bob's
Staying Here With You". I haven't heard that CD, but others have reported
that the sound quality of "Cowboy Angel Blues" is considerably better. On
"Get Ready" too "Hurricane" is incomplete and "I Shall Be Released" is the
only missing song. ("I Shall Be Released" is on "Get Ready", but it's from
another concert.) The bonus tracks on "Get Ready" are audience recordings
inserted between the main tracks. 2 of these bonus tracks are on "Cowboy
Angel Blues", which has its bonus tracks grouped together at the end of the
set. "Cowboy Angel Blues" has as further bonus the entire circulating soundboard
of the Plymouth concert of 31 October 1975 (which doesn't contain the
entire concert) and 2 tracks from the soundboard of the Waterbury
concert of 11 November 1975, namely the 2 tracks that are included on the CD
"Satisfied Man", but are missing on the CD "Tell It Like It Is". The sound
quality of "Cowboy Angel Blues" is clearly not that of an official release,
but very listenable.
