The keeper of the site "Songs For Johanna" rates this CD 3 out of 5 and writes:
"The two versions of "Visions Of Johanna", one under the working title of "Freeze Out", are the best things here. A decent boot but then again, there's nothing here that hasn't been out before. So i give it a very average three. Contains three songs from Newport '65."
