If these songs are on the CD, then more than likely they are from previously existing tapes. I have not seen the CD and do not have any first hand knowledge of what may or may not be on it. I do, however, know what is on the Grogan acetates. The acetates which were given to Emmett Grogan by Bob Dylan, and were purchased from Max Grogan, Emmett Grogan's son, in January of this year. Emmett Grogan was instrumental in organizing the Diggers, in San Francisco in the sixties. Bob Dylan dedicated Street Legal to Emmett Grogan after his death. The following songs appear on the Grogan acetates: Acetate 1 ("Another Side of Bob Dylan" sessions, June 9, 1964) I Don't Believe You Chimes of Freedom Motorpsycho Nitemare Mr. Tambourine Man All I Really Want to Do Black Crow Blues I Shall Be Free No. 10 Acetate 2 (Newport Folk Festival, July 26, 1964) All I Really Want to Do Acetate 3 (Highway 61 Revisited sessions, July 29-30, 1965) Tombstone Blues Lunatic Princess (From a Buick 6) Acetate 4 (Highway 61 Revisited sessions, July-August, 1965) Queen Jane Approximately Black Dalli Rue (Positively 4th Street) Acetate 5 (Highway 61 Revisited sessions, July-August, 1965) Desolation Row Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues It Take a Lot to Laugh, It Takes a Train to Cry Highway 61 Revisited Tombstone Blues Acetate 6 (Highway 61 Revisited sessions, July-August, 1965) From a Buick 6 Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window Queen Jane Approximately Ballad of a Thin Man Positively 4th Street

The acetates are of course very close to what appeared on Another Side Of Bob Dylan (1964).
