This is the complete recording of satellite tape broadcast in excellent
sound quality. A review can be found in Deep Beneath the Waves Vol 26. It
is not as good of sound quality as the Westwood One CD radio broadcast but
is better in sound than the other CDs from this tour.

In my opinion, this is a somewhat disappointing double cd set. It is a
soundboard but on the first few tracks Dylans vocals seem to be off-mike
and the sound is somewhat muddy throughout. The best Dylan/Petty boots
I've heard - in terms of performance and sound - are Lonesome Town and Temples
In Flames.
